John M. Jones DDS

Dr. Jones passed away November 30, 2009 from a rare form of
cancer. His death is a great loss to his family, as well as his
patients, friends, and colleagues.
Dr. Jones began his practice of general dentistry in Cleveland, Tennessee after his graduation from The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1986. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Tennessee in 1982 where he graduated with High Honors. Dr. Jones’ practice philosophy included excellent service, continuing education and personal relationships. Dr. Jones studied under recognized dental mentors such as Peter Dawson, Jack Turbyfill and John Kois to develop this philosophy. Dr. Jones’ professional affiliations included membership in the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Tennessee Valley Dental Study Club, and Cleveland Dental Study Club. He was also a member of The Academy of Operative Dentistry and The Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics. Originally from Madisonville, Tennessee, Dr Jones lived in Cleveland since 1986. He was a proud parent along with his wife Shandra of Lindsey and Justin. He was a member First Baptist Church of Cleveland. Dr. Jones’ hobbies included hunting, fishing and shooting sporting clays. |
